This was the first Halloween since Jay and I met that we haven't dressed up and gone out, but we wouldn't have changed a thing. We had a nice weekend with Brody and then on Halloween, we just cooked at home, watched football, and handed out candy. Brody dressed up as a Sweet Pea and helped hand out candy!

Brody likes playing in his gym - he usually does once a day for 15 to 20 minutes.
On Thursday night, Jay and the other fellows - Brad and Marshall - had journal club at a nice restaurant, so Brody and I planned to go to dinner with the girls - Cara and Andrea. Andrea is 7 months pregnant, and didn't feel well, so Brody and I went to Cara's for a while, then we all went out to dinner.

This was pretty much the 1st dinner that Brody didn't just sleep through or look around quietly. He was fine though, and we still had a nice time and the food was great.

Friday night, we went out to a Thai restaurant with Andrea and Brad - Brody did great and we had a fun dinner

Saturday, we just stayed around the house, played, and watched football. It was a very nice relaxing day with Jay off.
This is the first time I put a bib on Brody, and as you can see, it didn't work. He spit up and it went under the bib to his pants! Oh well - at least it looked good!
