On Saturday, Jay and I ran the Vulcan 10K run here in Birmingham, which is 6.2 miles. It was a beautiful day outside and a great route. There were lots of hills, and we were tired, but we both did very well and had a great time. Jay ran it about 51 minutes and I was a little less than 54 minutes. Jay's parents came to visit so they could keep Brody during the race, so we had a nice visit with them as well.
