Happy Birthday to Emery!! We have come a long way! She is a different baby right now - so happy and loves to cuddle and play. I can't believe she is one!
A few things to remember about Emery at 1 year:
-weighs 21lb 2 oz (70th percentile) and is 27in tall (1.6th percentile!!); our sweet chubby baby! She is about 1 lb heavier than Brody was, and about 1/2 an in shorter.
-she sleeps from about 7 or 7:30pm to 7am, with 1 or 2 naps, depending on what we are up to that day
-loves to eat everything we eat! She is getting a little picky, but still loves all fruit, turkey sandwiches, fish, cheese, yogurt, and pretty much any snack I will give her
-loves Brody and everything he does! She also loves to be outside, just like Brody! We play outside for hours and hours everyday!
-Emery loves going to Papa and Grandmas - if Brody gets to go for a few hours, she wants to go now too!
-She is developing a quite strong personality! She knows what she wants and will tell you if you aren't doing it right! She also loves the paci, and sleeps with 5 or 6 every night!

Gram, Pop, and Austin came to spend the night before Emery's birthday party, so we went to eat and played the night before. We decided to just do a small party for family only - just lunch and cake, and it was a lot of fun! We had fun visiting with everyone, and the highlight of the party was the cake, as you will see!
Pop and Jay had a big job that night to do too - put the new kitchen together, which took a while, but looks awesome! Both kids love it!
