It has finally cooled off a little in Arkansas - Fall is my favorite season! We are getting into a "school year" routine even though we don't have anyone in school. Our days consist of the gym, playgroups, library, parks, Bible study, and more! Brody is really into play dough and crafts - he learned to use scissors and glue recently. He will sit at the kitchen table for an hour at a time doing this!
We got a tailgating spot for the Arkansas game in Little Rock with friends and had a great time before the game. Jay was on call so we didn't go to the game, but we had a good time and are going to do it again for the next Arkansas game!
We had a pretty awesome spot!
When Emery turned 5 months, we decided to start rice cereal. We tried it about 4 or 5 times, and she couldn't really figure it out - she just spits it out and acts like we are choking her! We will try again next week!
Emery is also rolling around everywhere!
Brody is still such a happy boy!!
Playing games on the iPad
5 months! Smiling more and crying less - but also sleeping less at night!! We have to work on that!
We are all a little tired around here!
We went to the parade this week...
We went with Annie and Walker and Cooper!
Jay has a new partner, and I really his wife Meg. She came over to play with her kids Brooke and James. Brody and Brooke had the best time. We let them ice and decorate Meg's birthday cake...
Meg and James
A great decorating job!!
