Christmas was so much fun this year! Brody was very into Santa and seemed to understand about the real meaning of Christmas. Emery LOVED opening presents, no matter who's it was or what was inside! It is just so much fun watching them and the joy that they have. They are so happy and get excited about such little things! What an awesome age!
We started our Christmas celebration in Wynne at Gram and Pop's the weekend before Christmas. We always pretend it is Christmas, and Santa comes and it was just so much fun!

Breakfast with Santa at the Country Club...
Emery wasn't too sure about it, but Brody was so sweet to her, and he loved it!
Christmas Eve...Gram and Pop came to see us and we went to eat and played
Merry Christmas!! It was just us on Christmas day. We had a great time opening presents and hanging out. We built a fire outside for lunch and had smores and hot dogs. For dinner, we cooked steaks and pecan pie. It was such a relaxing and fun day!!
Christmas with Grandma and Papa!
When Grandma and Papa returned from California, we had one last Christmas celebration with them. It was also a great time! The kids just had so much fun, and of course loved opening more presents! Thanks Grandma and Papa!
Fun with the Lovell's
The next night, we had one more celebration with the Lovell's. We hadn't seen them in a while and had such a great time. The kids love playing together and had such a great time!
Going to church, then NAP after all of the excitement!! Merry Christmas!
