Playing before the party...
We had 50 cans of shaving cream, 2 slip n slides, 3 baby pools, and a sno cone machine! Brody and Emery played our there with Tom and Austin before everyone came, so maybe if we would have waited, Brody would have played with the other kids some!
Checking things out...
Tom and Austin played hard!
Sno cones!
Pop and Papa stayed on the porch and watched!
Emery and Alexa
Opening all the presents after the party...so fun! Brody kept saying, "lets see what is in this one!"
I can't believe my baby boy is 3!! He is so much fun and such a sweet boy. He is a great big brother. He is so great with Emery and loves her so much. We didn't start any kind of preschool this year because I wanted him home with me one more year! He would have gone to 3 years of preschool, which is not necessary! Although some days are long, I am so blessed to be able to stay home with him and spend so much time getting to know him and making so many memories! He did start a mothers day out art class at Blackbird Academy once a week on Monday mornings. He loves it! They dance, sing, play music, and do art projects; it is only 6 little kids, and they are all Brody's friends so it is so nice. Brody also does gymnastics. Other than that, we like to stay home and play outside, go to the gym, get ice cream, visit grandparents, and play his favorite game - hide and seek! He loves to do art projects, and watch Mickey Mouse, Team Umizoomi, and Bubble Guppies!
The day after his party, we went to Little Rock to watch Daddy play soccer and then went out to eat on the river. It was a fun family outing! Emery got poop on her outfit at the game but luckily I had an extra one for dinner!
Brody's actual birthday! It was just the 4 of us and 1 awesome cookie cake! Brody loved it and felt special, which is all we want!!
Playing with some of Brody's new dress up toys! ARRRGH- I'm a pirate fireman!
