This January has been so mild, and we have really gotten to enjoy the nice weather. Brody and I play outside for an hour or 2 almost every day! Jay has been off more weekends too, so we have enjoyed spending more time with him as well! Last weekend, we went to Little Rock to do some shopping and have lunch...

We went to a playgroup music class recently. The kids were relaxing and listening to the music and story - Brody wasn't so sure he wanted to lay down!

Happy Birthday to Hannah! Jay brought me a cake and flowers on Saturday and we cooked steaks for my birthday.
We worked on our fire pit we are building in our woods this weekend - we have a lot more to do, but it does work, and we are going to cook smores and hot dogs this next weekend!
Monday was my actual birthday - Brody and I spent the morning playing and having story time at the library, and then Pop and Gram came in the afternoon to play with us and take us all out to dinner. It was a great birthday!
